Grounded in experience.
Creating content with meaning and by design.
Mike’s interest in all things designed has been on an evolving path for over 35 years. After studying at the University of Cincinnati and the Atlanta College of Art he started his own company doing print, identity, and exhibit design for Georgia Pacific, Turner Broadcasting, and Cox Communications. His company was one of the first design shops to adopt interactive design in 1993 when Jenifer Cooper was his first interactive client.
His brand experience delivered on interactive platforms started relationships with clients like VH1, Harley Davidson, The Smithsonian, and over 30 tech startups. His favorite accomplishment was an eight-year relationship with National Geographic giving their brands a solid start in the digital world. He has garnered over 200 design awards and had the distinct honor of being chosen as a Communications Arts design competition judge.
Mike’s parallel interest in architecture has produced office and showroom space design, as well a dozen homes designed throughout Atlanta. Currently, Mike is focusing his design passion in brand development, motion media, writing, directing and editing for capital campaigns, recruitment, and broadcast spots.
